In March 2014, the company was founded in the High-tech Zone of Gaomi City, Shandong Province with a registered capital of 13 million RMB.
In October 2014, with 33 million RMB as its first-stage project investment, the company established a 3000 ㎡-sized purification laboratory, which accords with EU standards and has passed the inspections of CDC of Shandong Province.
In June 2015, the company established Weifang stem cell and immunotherapy engineering technology research center.
In September 2016,the company established the first Medical Detection Institute in Weifang city.
In May 2018, BBL got the ISO9001 international quality management system certification.
In May 2019, Hou Yunde Academician Workstation was established in BBL.
In December 2019, the company got the approval to build Regional Cell Preparation Center in Weifang.
In November 2020, Shandong New Research Institute was put on records.
In August 2021, BBL completed the series-A financing round.
In April 2022, BBL obtained the certification for the intellectual property management system.
In June 2023,BBL's cell product, Xinbang Stem Cell Injection, received the drug clinical trial approval notice from NMPA.
In September 2025, Phase I clinical trial of Xinbang Stem Cell Injection has been completed.
